      Spark is usually something charging up. Do you have a big stereo amp? Capacitors charging will do that. You should see mine with that 1 farad cap in the trunk. I actually charge it through an 1156 lamp to keep it from doing that.

          Id wrap that alt output connector so it doesnt short. That looks like some sparkage waiting to happen

            Thanks for the info on that spark, I do have a 600 watt amp in the trunk and I bet thats what did it.
