    Got some codes.

Decided to test the 86 because there was some hesitation at start up and its been awhile since I checked it and here is what I got.

33 - EGR valve position sensor or pressure feedback EGR sensor: signal voltage out of self test specification limits or signal voltage above closed limit during normal engine run operation or signal indicates insufficient egr flow.

21 - engine coolant temp sensor signal voltage: out of range, not at normal operating temp. or loss of signal.or electronic distributorless ignition system fault - problems with crankshaft position sensor circuit

91 - exhaust gas oxygen sensor signal voltage always indicates "lean" aither during engine run self test or normal engine operating conditions or transaxle problem - shift solenoid circuit failure.

Did you check the codes when the car was at normal operating temperature? They will throw the coolant temp sensor code. Mine did. For your EGR, you might want to clean it out. Make sure the little plastic line on it is not cracked kinked or broken.

Carbon chunky under the egr valve, or the sensor is bad would be my bet for the 33.

+2, wait till the car is at regular operating temperature and code 21 will go away if the sensor is good. For code 33, very first thing I'd check is the green plastic line that goes from the EGR valve over the EGR Vacuum Regulator (EVR) on the passenger fenderwell and perhaps the red source lines that feed the EVR. If those lines are not damaged, broken, ect, there are simple tests for the EGR Position sensor, http://www.fordfuelinjection.com/?p=35 and the EVR (on the fender). http://www.fordfuelinjection.com/?p=43
