Hey what did it take to bolt in the headers? I don't mean the downpipes or anything... I mean shit like did you have to jack the motor up any to get clearance, bolt them in, then set them down.... or anything stupid like that? Or is it just clear out some room, drop and bolt 'em in? I'm waiting for mine to show up in the mail and was just curious.

It's gonna be custom downpipes and the O2 sensors are gonna plumb into those DPs. I am probably going to remove the A/C pump and lines just to free up some room. Then again I don't really want to because I'll lose my ridiculously cold R12 refrigerant =)... I also didn't want to have to spend $10/can for freon when it used to be $4/can. So I was going to wait till june to do anything that requires disconnecting the A/C when the new freon comes out which will be in that $3-4/can range.... I'm such a jew as jason likes to say... lol but I'll probably say fuck it and rip it all out so I have the room to work.\'05 Suzuki GSX-R - Daily Driver

You don't have to empty out the system to move it. When I changed the spark plugs one time, the A/C pump got in the way, so I unbolted it and set it up by the the hood hinge, it left me plenty of room. It's still going to be a pain on that last bolt, luckily all mine were loose on teh stock manifolds, so it came out easy.

Start spraying those bolts down for a few days before you get ready to pull them. It'll help lessen the chances of one breaking, which happens and SUCKS.86 Lincoln Town Car (Galactica).
