    door sticker -- decode?

    I know the paint code 6Q (Deep Sandalwood Metallic) and that she was born 4-88.

    What I need to know:

    1. VR(vinyl roof): YK

    2. Int. Trim: YP

    3. Tape: H

    4. TR: THGGG

    All info is appreciated.

        hey man this from the 1990 shop manual

        vr-vk=pastel alabaster

        it-yp=hmm, there is no yp listed. y by itself is shadow blue. p by itself is light sandalwood. the y in yp should be the type of fabric designation, yet there is no y or p for that matter listed in the book

        the tape code is not even mentioned

        thgg= spring part #'s. the t seems to be a check digit, while the rest determine what you have

        h=d9ac-ha
        g=e5ac-ba

        i'll go through my 84 book to see if i can find more info for you

          still nothing abot the tape, and the spring codes were identical. the yp is still not listed but under type of material y is cloth with vinyl. and the p = sage.

          hope this helps. i lucked out on the other site a while back and got both the bce and powertrain manuals for crhristine and the shop manual for shifty. i guess at some point they combined the powertrain manual into the bce manual. there were two for christine and 1 manual for shifty. about 50 bux for the 3 of em roughly. i didn't order them at the same time because when i got the 84 manuals, i didn't have shifty. unfortunately, there was noting in either book to go over removing a fender . haynes and chilons are useless in this dept too. i found out the hard way lol trying to determine where every nut and bolt is

            Found the build sheet for my '88 tonight. It was under the drivers' seat. I figured I'd check the '91, too. Sure enough, build sheet was under the seat.
