You want the least amount of overbore possible. The machine shop will tell you what to get. Don't put the cart before the horse.
Also, just a mention, bumping compression to try and make horsepower with crappy heads isn't likely to give you the results you want. Premium fuel, 11:1 compression, and heads that don't breathe are just going to make for something thats expensive to drive. You'd do better with good heads and 9:1 running off regular fuel
