    More stuff I fixed

Finally got around to replacing my speedo gear. Pulled a white 19 tooth out and installed an orange 19. The "wobble" that I used to have under 25 mph is now gone and the speedo seems to read pretty much correctly now.

Replaced the belt tensioner that has been riding around in the car for like 3 weeks. Got tired of the belt squalling and the chattering noise it made.

Also replaced the starter relay, since it decided to grab and stay grabbed this morning when I left for work. Changed it in like 5 mins in the Advance Auto parking lot. As I was putting my tools away, the counter guy comes out and asks if I needed a flashlight or anything.

Next on my To Do list: check out the front end to find out where the slop is that makes the car wander around. Also needs an alignment, new tires, two more turbines, center caps, and then it'll be decently road-worthy. I should probably also get some sort of air filter on there, and my coffee can needs to be replaced. Right now its gooped up with RTV so the climate controls don't freak out whenever I touch the pedal.

As far as the front end, your best bet is to just do a fresh rebuild on the front if you aint done it in a while. I did a few years ago and it did wonders. I replaced the all the ball joinds from the controle arms to the rack and pinion. I also replaced my lower controle arm's bushings. I have solid uppers so I don't have to mess with them. It made the car drive like new. Was well worth it.

I've been meaning to do upper ball joints and control arm bushings for a while anyway. The boots are nearly gone on them. So far as I know, all front end parts less one tie rod end and the sway bar endlinks are original 130k parts, so it does need to be overhauled. I just want to have a good look under there first to see what is going on.
