    cage...part two!

Well, I got the cage cut down.. have to go back and have the welding shop spot weld two of the wires.. found two that came loose when we were cutting the cage down.. I DO NOT want any little rattles!!! I also got the side mounts ready for welding.. have to spot weld the 1/4-20 bolts on the metal brackets... here is some pictures....

Got the metal bent to fit the side panels....

The bolts will be spotwelded to the metal brackets like this...

The cage brackets... checking the measurements....

    Closeup of the bracket...

with the upper seatbelt shoulder harness bolt hole cut. The seatbelt harness mount will still be able to swivel.

With the seatbelt harness cap on the bolt....

After it is all welded and installed once to check the fit, it will be pulled out and painted gloss black... I am also going to make a mount to mount the two radio speakers to the front near the top center...

Agent Caitlin Todd… You know Tony, Statistics show that married men live longer…
Agent Tony DiNozzo… It only seems longer….
