    351W parts cheap Should I get them?

    I wasn't sure if this was the correct section to post this in but I have a question about the stuff in this link

    If the intake is correct would it be worth buying those parts for a 4 BBL swap down the road or should I stay away, I asked the guy if the carbs were in working order before pulled and asked him the model number of the intake...Just wondering if it is worth it for that price or should i wait and see. Thanks in advance guys, your advice is priceless haha

    Thats a non EGR intake... you'll have trouble passing emissions with that, if thats a concren for you.

      You could probably split that stuff up and make some bucks on it if you really wanted. bet you could get an easy 50 bucks out of the covers alone.

          buy it and use an egr spacer from a 80's 351 ho truck

          1986 lincoln towncar signature series. 5.0 HO with thumper performance ported e7 heads, 1.7 roller rockers, warm air intake, 65mm throttle body, 1/2" intake spacer, ported intakes, 3.73 rear with trac lock, 98-02 front brake conversion, 92-97 rear disc conversion, 1" rear swaybar, 1 3/16" front swaybar, 16" wheels and tires, loud ass stereo system, badass cb, best time to date 15.94 at 87 mph. lots of mods in the works 221.8 rwhp 278 rwt
          2006 Lincoln Town Car Signature. Stock for now
          1989 Ford F-250 4x4 much much more to come, sefi converted so far.

            If the carb is at least rebuildable, looks like a pretty good deal mang. That stuff new is pretty high - $200 for the intake, $250 for teh carb, etc. Comes with tuning kit, too.

              I dont think an EGR spacer will work though, no passage in the intake itself, so theres no source for exhaust gas.
