Question:
How do you change the PCV screen? I bought one to change mine out, and was told you have to take the intake off of the car to change it... I was under the impression that you remove the PCV valve, the grommet, and then pull it out... (Another words, the PCV grommet sort of holds it in place...) The mechanic was telling me that you have to remove the intake, and it is underneath the intake... Since I have never had one changed, or changed one out myself, I wasn't sure... I want to get this changed, as I know it has never been changed... (At least I haven't changed it, And I doubt the Sheriff's Office has done it...) And the PCV valve we changed the other day was so plugged up, you could not blow thru it.. AT ALL.... So I know the screen is probably pretty plugged up as well...
