Shift kit here-In over my head???

So the shift kit is here. It is NOT the Transgo shift improver kit that I bought on ebay. It is this thing called "NoYoYo SysKo Kit" by a guy named Gil Younger. Anyway, it has pretty straight forward instructions, and a bunch of different colored springs and shit. It says here "Prevents/corrects these complaints: Direct Clutch Failure; 1-2 slide or slide bump; soft 2-3; slide bump 2-3; no 4th; late 4th; 4-3 cutloose; general sloppy shift quality."

The shift quality is kinda shitty. So should I tackle this myself? I know others here have done it with success, but that was with Transgo and B&M shift kits. How likely is it that I can fuck this up?

    Need I ask more questions????

Read the side of the box... "TransGo 1998 all rights reserved."

it should also say transgo on the instruction sheet somewhere. its the same kit, trust me. I have installed several all with good results.
