A couple of questions after the J-yard visit

    Group
    here goes,

will a 90 Town car rear with air bag suspension
    work in my 87 wagon??

Also scored an 89 gauge cluster, with trip odometer, but noticed it has a second check engine light( i'll assume for the computer codes) and a low fuel light, will these work too?
Or do i need to stay yeat specific

Will 93 Mercury GM Wheels be a direct fit on my 87?? Before and after the big brake upgrade

assuming you have air suspension in the 87, yes it will.

I should have posted they were 16" basket type or BBS looking ones

I dont have air suspension, but i thought the air bags sat where the coil spring would be?

yeah, you can use coil springs on the 90 ltc rear axle. The 1990 doesn't have rear disc though, I'd suggest looking for a 91+ tc or 92+ vic, that way you get discs. Noone has yet done LTC air springs under a box, but I have no reason to believe its impossible. I've long considered doing it myself, but it hasnt been a priority mission.

not sure about the instrument cluster. low fuel light needs a module to run it. if your car doesnt have it, then it wont work. plug may be different to add the extra wiring for the yellow CEL, so it may or may not plug in. could also have a different pinout. I'd suggest a cluster from an 88 or older model.
