Fuel pump question for four barrel conversion

Going to the junk yard this week to get the Fuel pump / gauge setup to use for the new fuel pump for my carb conversion... I'm going to get the fuel pump set up, and then install it in my new fuel tank. That way when wh do the conversion to four barrel, we can just pop the tank in, and hook up wires and hoses...

My question is, which fuel pump should I use for a low pressure in tank pump? I have been told that the one that is in there will work... (My car has the two pump set up, low pressure in tank, high pressure on the frame rail...) I want to do a better pick up tube like Tom did with his conversion... And then I'm going to install a inline fuel filter on the frame rail where the old high pressure fuel pump was.

i just got done with the cfi to carb conversion...all u have to do is take off the one on the rail and use the one in the trunk, im using the stock fuel pump, i hooked a hose from my fuel supply line to the carb and on the right of the engine i put a t there and a gauge, so what the carb doesnt use it goes right back throguh the return line, its averagin about 8 psi, and its runnin fine now
