the TV cable bushing is the other cable connected to your throttlebody. it controls the line pressure of the transmission and if it goes bad, you fry the transmission. the grommet/bushing is like $5 and a transmission shop might ask like $10-$15 for the part and install. it is the biggest cause of transmission failures for our 1987-1991 Panthers.
