Move to Ohio lol. It's all legal. Straightpipes, dumps, sidepipes, before the rear wheels, no cats, you name it!

Hell, I ran open headers one day lol. I've got dumps right now, the car had them the first year I owned it aswell. I havn't had convertors for about two years. Another guy I knew just had his exhaust stop with dumps about a foot after each convertor lol.

I think it'll look good infront of the rear wheels. May want to go with some larger bore tips though... I'd consider it.

The first side pipes I had (the ones in my pict) went from the h-pipe to a 90 and out the side. I recently changed it to a 60 with big chrome 3" tips slash cut to be flush with the side. No pictures as of yet but Ill try to get some soon.

nah, not stock. bigger pipes, but stock-looking stock exhaust whistles from those tiny pipes.

True enough. When my car was stock with the original muffler (before it rotted out), the exhaust sound was just a little different than an electric fuel pump.

Not bad! I'd have run the 2.25" all the way out and tucked it up more (like I did on my side-exit jobs), but that's just me. Looks good, though! Do you just have a pair of short glasspacks like on Tom's car?

No I don't have any glasspacks, its just has hollowed out cats and an h-pipe. I know its not the best for performance but I love the sound.

Probably OK for performance. 1987LTDmasta actually runs around Chicago with no mufflers on his car. Isn't as loud inside as it might be, either - probably the stock 2" kink-bent tailpipes.

I'm just annoyed that my full exhausts aren't really up that much farther under the car than my side-exit system was. :p

I believe Epi has gone with mufflers now that the SQ is a DD. This reminds me of when you covered your ears the first time you heard the POS rev up at the Luke's Shell at our first meet. That was hella funnay!

I'm sure! Incidentally, I've been wearing 23dB earmuffs tonight to protect against infantile screaming. :p Silly wusses with sensitive ears ..... For shooting that weekend, I wore 31dB foam plugs under nearly identical muffs, and still jumped pretty high when the snubnose .38 went off :p
