    TV Adjustment Direction Confusion

I got the TV cable. Now has anyone adjusted the throttle valve like the sticky on this? I'm talking about the 1986 model only. I'm a little confused about how to get the min TV pressure mark. Please help !

Thats a pretty handy video. Would the same rules apply for a tv rod?

I ddn't see the video yet. Right now I am at school and they blocked youtube. So anyway. The cable broke a little black tab that would go on the metal bracket on the back of the plenum. So now my dad got a TV cable from a Grand Marquis. So it is a little different than mine and the one we got at the junkyard because this one has the retaining clip at the end of he cable assembly. I don't know if mine fell off or what. I am going to try my luck with this cable. I'll watch the video whenever I get a chance.

retaining clip? on which end? all 86 cables should be the same, or close enough to not matter.
