They will fit with 1.25" adapters.

Just had a thread about it over in the suspension forum....

Won't they fit with 1" spacers too? You just won't be able to run centercaps. I'm using '01 Bullitts on my Townie with 1" spacers and no centercaps.

They are not spacers. They are adapters. Google is one place, ebay is another.

Well they are spacers, I'd call them adapters if they were mixed bolt pattern so you can run a GM wheel on a Ford or the other way around - if retains the bolt pattern and just spaces out the mounting flange it's just one fat ass spacer, to me at least. Anyhow...

Jim, post a pic of that Townie man, I'dont think I've ever seen it like that.

alright, i have a possible stupid question. on wheel adapters, why are their studs on them? i thought they allowed you to use the existing stud on the car. if you dont' no what i'm saying. heres a set i'm looking at on ebay

I'm using ebay adapters...And abusing them more than ANYONE here. And mine aren't even hubcentric.

                          Granted, I replaced the studs.

You cannot run 1" slip on spacers, it's just not safe. It overloads the studs and will shear them. That's why there are the "adapters"

maximum motorsports has high quality spacers for around $150/ pair. i think you only need a pair for the front. the rear you can run a little spacer

And look even dorkier than the stock track width difference......
