Napa only list the one for Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Valve Mounting Gasket

No cooler one :-? Can i just use two of these? since there about the same size and do have the same bolt pattern?

If the situation for getting the correct gasket is that bad, really, I'd just get a tube of Ultra Copper sealant and say screw it. Works as good as Ultra Black on normal mating surfaces, and it's very, very unlikely to be harmed by the heat level it'll see at the EGR valve.

Another universal option might be to buy a roll gasket material, often available at local hardware stores, and just cut what you need .... though I'll admit that my experience is that the cutting process is mega-tedious and tends to result in forceful hair removal. :p

Ugha hehe, I imagine!. Well, i went to Napa. And they didnt have one either But I got them to order me one it will be in tomarow woohoo.

Ofc, i got in a 15 min argument that the two he had listed on his compute where actually the same thing sept one had a nice neat little screen to keep the crap from being cloged. and he was saying noooo, there for difrent applications. UGHA.. Demn part's guys. I told him finally though, i said "Look Ill pay you right now to order that 2.00 one.
And that shut his argument up...

Not really, I used it for the IAC gasket on my car cause no one had it. I used a hammer and punched it all out. it's almost like that notebook paper that you can rip that fringe stuff off cause it has those liitle cuts in it.

Ah, with punches it'd be a different story. I was doing mine with a razor blade.

you can use the same gasket in both spots. I think there might be a specific gasket with a screen thing that goes between the cooler and the intake, but its not real important. Just get 2 egr valve gaskets and you should be fine. Or just use one and get rid of the cooler. Same difference.

Well i got my gasket but Ugha.I got to looking behind the cooler. And well there wasent a gasket there.

But to boot. There some sorta big pipe behind it coming from the intake which woldent let me take it off

Now what i was saying though was there didnt seem to ever be a gasket on the cooler/spacer area.

So wactha mang's think? Should be ok? Or not so ok?

And how long do i half to weight in order to test her out. ( With my ultra black hehe. )

You don't want ultra black in there. Just install the gasket dry.

I'd just give it overnight or whatever to let it at least partly cure, similar deal as when I use RTV on a water neck but not so critical.
