    the general consesus is that anything over 450 you are pushing your luck. there have been guys who have split the block on completly stock motors

      It has alot to do with your tune and the way you run it, if the motor is detonating under boost your gonna blow it up real quick even if you only have 350hp. If the motor isnt being maintained and being abused your not gonna be happy. Obviously if you rev it too the moon the same results will happen.

      Things too be aware of are, your going with an all forged rotating assembly, which means it will probably be heavier and cause more stress on the block. Are you gonna run an auto or stick? Try not to choose a tight converter for an auto it puts more strain on it.
