yep, up until 1996. 300 cubes of stump pullin fun. Had no problems spinning all 4 tires in the snow, and got a good 4 wheel chirp in the dry. I think they are rated at 20 more horses than our 302's. And that with only a big one barrel carb. Plus, they easily make 300k before a rebuild, and about 18mpg.

Yeah, the 300 I6 in an F250 with a manual trans is a super stump puller. Slow as hell in low gear but they'll pull anything. Huge amounts of torque, all at low rpm. Excellent engine for towing. No speed demon but they're very reliable. The low operating RPMs is part of why they last so long.

I got the car moving, today, and it doesn't shake as much when put back into park as it did before. Just rode it up and down the driveway since it's not registered and all that crap. And it didn't shake as much. What the hel is going on?

maybe. it is one of the primary sensors for controlling fuel mixture.

Great, there's nothing wrong with the sensor, and it's getting proper voltage. What the hell? Nothing. It doesn't do it until the high idle goes down. Coming down from higer RPMs and at certain RPM

my 86 does the same thing, its not in as nice of shape as your car but it still runs like a raped ape. since your cars not registered im guessing you dont drive it much but you sometimes start it up wherever its currently sitting?? these cars tend to do this on a cold start it might go rrrrrr rrrrrrrrr rrrrrr and stumble a bit for a couple seconds or less. try letting the car just sit running for a while until its fully warmed up then give it hell around the block a few times, come back and see how it idles then..

have you reset the ecm lately by disconnecting the battery or ground?? maybe thats your problem or maybe that will solve your problem.. either way you have to be driving it and letting it reach full operating temperature before you complain about shaky idle problems. if the batterys been disconnected your computer needs to relearn things that cannot be done by simply driving down the driveway..
