Automatic parking brake release switch?

Let just say I haven't had this work for about 80k miles. And I am sick of reaching down and fiddling with the lever to get the parking brake to release...
since the stock handle broke.

ITs vaccum, where is the connection? anyone know how to fix it?

its a little white plastic doodad attached to the steering column under the dash - its got 2 vacuum hoses on it usually the thing is broke and leaks
