I managed to get mine up to 18.5 per the tripminder. Shame its so generous, 16.5 is probably closer to realistic. Steady 14.8 with the lopo and 3.55.86 Lincoln Town Car (Galactica).

of course I did...Armor All wheel cleaner works wonders in just 60 seconds!
but since there were no rims on them, it took some time getting the water out of the inner part of the tire
