Truck 351W Cam Specs

I searched both the site and the net for this, to no avail.

What are the cam specs for a non-Lightning '90 351W truck engine? The 351 I bought a few days ago (thanks again, Ted!) has a cam in it already, and I was thinking that if it's a decent cam and in good condition, I might just run it and put off buying an aftermarket cam till later. Thoughts?

The only thing I can find on FTE for the non-roller truck 351W cam is:
.206 intake, .221 exhaust @ .050
.440 intake valve lift, .450 exhaust valve lift
115 degrees lobe separation

You might PM StangMan on ford-trucks.com to verify where he got this information. I really can't say if it's correct or not.

If those specs are right, shoot...that's not a half bad cam. I wouldn't mind using one like that one bit.

No prob... cam specs always interest me so I am always eager to do a digging to find some numbers!

It really doesn't sound half bad for a street cam.
