Single to Dual Exhuast HELP

Well guys I知 in the process of changing out my single exhaust to a dual exhaust. The new stock H-pipe bolted up fine, but the drivers side seems to be really close to the body and the passenger side is close to the drive shaft. Is this normal or should the clearance on both the driver and passenger side pipe on the H-pipe be the same? It seems like the H-pipe

its the curse of aftermarket stuff never being bent 100% right. mine is close the the driveshaft on the passenger side too. The muffler almost touches it, but I made sure it had enough to clear and everything was tight.
I used Maremont H pipe bought from the zone

Thanks for the quick reply. I知 using the Maremont H-pipe, with Walker tail pipes, and super turbo mufflers. I知 thinking about trying to bend the H-pipe so it is more centered before I tighten everything up.

yeah, i had to bend mine a little to get the flanges to line up. The welds should be the strongest part of the pipe so they *shouldnt* break...
It was the cheapest one I could find, get what you pay for!!!

I'd try moving the down pipes a bit over. If you can shift them a little bit it might help.
