as many of you know i attempted to do a 4 bbl swap not to long ago, and it went down the drain beacuse the intake is warpped, i am wondering if it can be surfaced, and how much would it roughley cost? Or am i probley better off buying a new one off ebay or somthing, like maby one with bigger ports etc...?

Replace it. If someone cranked it down or overheated it bad enough to warp the thing, I'd fear metal fatigue and possible cracking or something. Stock 4v intakes arent that expensive or hard to find. Ebay is your friend. Probably cheaper to replace than have that one fixed.86 Lincoln Town Car (Galactica).
