Which heads are better

my 250K mile lopo shortblock with cleaned up D9 heads (79 Lincoln Versailles) and stock HO intake, HO cam, 60mm TB, stock ecu and 19lb injectors put down 195.6hp. That with bad plugs, cap, rotor, melted plugwires, 87 octane and stock timing.Equal length shorties and 2.5" exhaust...

How does the D9 head compare to the D8OE with its cavernous chambers and huge bumps in the exhaust ports?

The D9 looked almost identical to a E7. That's why I used them instead of the E7's I had sitting around. These had the bumps ground off.
