    Late Shift from my AOD between 1-2nd

    I have it all along just haven't figured out the problem, could it be the tv cable it shifts at like 6-7 rpm

    Same symptoms as mine. I adjusted the TV Rod and now it's like butter.

      You might want to get this fixed because you'll soon blow rods out if you keep winding her to 6-7K.

        There is NO WAY in hell he is turning 6-7K on that motor. 4500-5K on a lopo sounds like it's gonna grenade, and with the cam, heads, and springs it's pretty much impossible.

          +1...I heard a stock TC accelerating at WOT the other day and at 4k it sounds like a rod is about to hit the ground.

            maybe 4k than i dont have a tach it was just and estimate

              haha after i installed a tach i was surprised how low the boxes run, they sound like their at about 4,000-4,500 when they're actually around 2,500-3,000.

              my tranny did this right before it got toasted

                Yeah, pretty bad. On the other side, Our old 429 ran like a MF and I put a tach in it and I found I was running it to 6K! and it liked it!
