Was green antifreeze in there at any point? If so, maybe not all of it was drained out before the yellow antifreeze was added.

Freon would be in a gas form anyway unless it's like -50 where you live.

Taste it to see if it's sweet. Just kidding, it's highly toxic! Does it smell sweet, and is it kind of sticky when it dries? That means it almost is certainly antifreeze. I put pee green antifreeze in my Ranger, but it turned green from what was still in the heater core and block.

is your coolant yellow from lack of maintinance? it could still look greenish as hanging droplets. If its under you balancer you prolly need a water pump, t-stat gasket or one of the hoses there is leaking.

If its from around the balancer, I'd bet its either a lower radiator hose leaking at the water pump, the water pump leaking from the weep holes, or the backing plate for the water pump rotted and leaking down between the pump and timing cover. Its almost certainly antifreeze, nothing else in that area could be that color. If in doubt, taste it. If its sweet and has an oily/sticky feel on your fingers, its antifreeze.
