        That still does nothing for proof that there ever was a police package GM. Just reaffirming that a GM was used as a patrol car.

              Canadian Townie speedos go to 110 MPH too. That 85 MPH speedometer BS was a US-only thing.

                  Whatever a local decal shop would charge to do it. Or, if you have a scanner and some photoshopping software, do it yourself.

                    You'd need to do something about the odometer too. It reads in those funny fake metric miles instead of real miles.

                                may years ago i saw one with my very own eyes.. or at least i could have sworn it showed up to 140. i was 17 when i saw it, still in HS. a guy i knew that had a class with me had the car.. it was an '81 bare bones Marquis, no vynl top, vynl interior, not even power windows, but it had a 351, a spotlight, and i swear it was a 140 speedo in the grand Marquis style cluster.
