    Question :-D

    Only thing on my vic that is iratating now. Is When u crank her and put her in R she will stall.. In drive how ever she wont.. Well. Basicly the first 10 - 20 yards if she stops she will stall )


    Any idea of what might cause this?

    Think i got u fellers stumped on this one about as much as i am, Someone was telling me today it might be the modulator valve. for the trany.. Could this be a start on things to look for..


    I also got told i might just have to live with it.. Which is kinda shity, imo seeing im about performance :-(

      you dont have a modulator valve.
      Do you let it warm up when you start it? could be your idle stepper (presses on the throttle lever) isnt working. Its supposed to raise the idle a little when you first start it.

        Let it warm up before putting it in gear and make sure the choke and high idle stuff are working properly. It should idle high for a minute or so when you first start the engine.

          yea the cfi is a close cousin to the carb.......let it warm up a few min, and make sure the idle stepper motor works

            Ok :-D so agine with the warming of the engine ), on a side note, today was the first day i cranked her, and she stayed on, whille at idle. Didnt have to restart ounce )/
