I just had to remove my upper intake to replace the vacuum hose to the MAP sensor. I had bought some hose before hand and it was the wrong size. Take the hose with you to the store to make sure you get the right size. Note any difference in size at the end that slips over the nipple. Removing and replacing the upper intake was much easier than I suspected. Careful not to lose your TV grommet. Have fun. -

I am unsure as to the size of the vaccum lines going to the MAP sensor and PCV valve. If I were to guess i would assume 1/2", 3/8", 7/16" 1/4"
ooh btw, windshield washer tubing (rubber kind) works great if u plan on replacing the (HARD COLORED PLASTIC) going to the fuel pressure regulator and egr valve and such.....

PCV is 3/8" fuel line, I think the MAP is like 1/4 inch or something. Might be best off taking the upper intake off, pulling the lines and getting a ride to make sure you get the right sizes.86 Lincoln Town Car (Galactica).
