yes it can be done. They are physically the same. It will not give you any benefits though.

It's not an problem, just makes for more threads. We actually just had a big discussion about a very similar like a week or two ago... I wish the FAQ I made way back on CVN years ago was still around. I've been answering the exact same questions for 8 years about HO stuff.
