nevermind, a second look at u can see its running open inlet turbos.... duh

thats gotta be one bad ass boat on accelleration

is it running a stern drive? or fully inboard propultion?
The inlet filters are not on it. They would be called flame arestors.

Intercooles are water cooled. They work so well at idle you have to shut them down or the throttles freeze up.

This set up will run up to 14lbs of boost on 383 cubes. Close to 800 lbs of torq.

Torque in a boat is a great thing. Turbocharged 383 motors should friggin boogie.

For those up on boats its a 16" Donzi 1966. Sold the boat without the engine. Still have the motor. Turbos are going on the big boat twin turbos on twin SBC motors basicly missing only one set of exhaust manifolds and two boost referanced ignition control boxes.

sorry for hi-jacking the post but......

            1+1 = 2

2+2 = sweet mother of god......

how big is the new boat? hopefully atleast double that little donzi... if not ur gonna have the only boat that needs a parachute......

gotta love boats.... nothing like having all that speed with no brake pedal....

If you want to get technical, the motor from the Donzi was a Mercury motor. I see a Mercury Marine drive helmet hanging on the back there.

Our Donzi was a 1968 in yellow with the black stripe. Had the Holman-Moody 302 originally, and when that was killed it had a 302 from some station wagon stuck in. Drive was a Volvo 240 or 260, i cant remember.
