I don't know whether the AC affects it or not, but basically it determines whether the car is at high or low idle. It would make sense that the AC would affect it, though, to keep it from dying in gear with the AC on. Does turning the AC on in yours have any effect on the problem?

darkness - I have the electric vacuum controll that activates that thing hooked up to a switch. Cold/muggy days when mine tends to idle a bit low I flip this one and it bumps the rpms up 300 or so.Pete ::::>>> resident LED addict and CFI defector LED bulb replacements

I also played with the umm Idle bolt/screw And she sounds good. But ima have to wait till she get's cold agine till I can tell if that made it better for the could natured..
On the cold natured part my reall only prob is the trottole geting stuck and manualy having to unstick it. Ive tryed sea foam carb spray and WD 40 and so far non of that work's It also is related to that poBong thing LOL, as i noticed it moved today in junction with whats sticking.

Pete mang, on ure wire thing to get the idle up , when your puting the wires on the VOTM solenoid do you take the wires that are there off? And then add the new wires? Or splice the old ones with the new ones?
