    Brake line?

Alright my car's brake line has rusted out in a few places and I plan on fixing it with new stuff and fittings in the rusted area's. My car isn't here with me and my memory doesn't serve well but do these cars have 1/4" brake line or what?

    Thanks in advance, Dave

3/16. I'd suggest getting a roll of it, some fittings, and a flaring tool, and just replace the whole line in one shot. Not much point patch rigging it since its just gonna blow out somewhere else. Its also cheaper to buy 8" sections of line than it is to buy 2 fittings, so get some short pieces, and a 25 foot roll and have at it.

Wasn't there something weird about the fittings going in the proportional valve though, like one being metric or something?

Hm, not sure. I know Scott changed out a bunch of them on panthers, he'd know. You could also just re-use the existing fitting if its special and stupid.
