OK go with the 195 as long as it fixes your problem than your good. a long time ago we had that problem and we got an aluminum radiator and I did a few other stuff to it but it was a long time ago so i cant remember exactly what i did to fix it.

Actually, the fan clutch on S.U. is only a few years old. I didn't think much of the wobble until I read the instructions for the CV's new clutch. They stated that the bushing helped to stabilize the clutch to prevent vibration. The clutch that I put on S.U. a few years ago didn't come with a bushing. I'll check into it and get something in there.

Mine doesnt need a bushing. The fan clutch on my car fits snugly on the pump shaft. A bushing wouldn't do anything since its already centered and all.

I was thinking of doing the clutch thing, but then I realized for about the same price i can do an electric fan conversion, which will be better for my wallet in the long run - now with the solid fan I'm pulling about 18mpg city (I know the lights though, so I often get the green wave), so an electric fan should make it even better.

That new clutch you got looks really nice, do notice a difference between the old one and the new one, the fins on them are differ the rotation on the new one appears to go in the opp direction... I dont know if rotation makes a difference with a THERMAL fan clutch, but i do know that NON-THERMAL clutches do have set directions.... take note of your rotation, STOCK panthers have a clockwise rotation of the waterpump shaft... also take note on which way your FAN FINS are going, u want them to PULL air threw the radiator not push it... BTW automatic tensioning fan belt setups (mustangs) have a counterclock wise rotation..... the parts store should ask the rotation for pumps and clutches
