those that 3 pics are NOT the idle screw.
that is the choke catch - that screw will adjust your fast idle, not curb idle.
See the other side of the CFI unit for that

Next time you start it, key on (not crank, just key on to where the dash lights come on) and push the pedal to the floor. Release, and crank the engine. The high idle will catch, if it's cold. Let it run 30-45 seconds or so, tap the gas pedal to bring the idle down. Repeat if very cold outside, as the idle may come down in stages.

Ok, How do i get the choke screw working right agine ) when i installed that sensor that stuff came apart in three, and im still not sure if i got it back on right. I need a CFI book badly :-(

Seeing my car stalled when i bought it and i knew it needed a o2 sensor. Will a bad o2 sensor make a car stall?

Maybe it does not get cold enough here but i have no problem starting my car with the choke wired all the way open and no heat riser in the intake, just takes a minute or two to warm up.

i wish i could take a look at your car mang - its probly something dumb like the map sensor not plumbed right.
