My 2003 has unconventional style 16" steel rims. They are flat and cannot accept aftermarket wheel covers. My stock wheel covers and center caps need replacing. The problem is when I look it up I usually see wheel covers designated at 2003 or 2004-2011. My question is, will 2004-later wheel covers fit my 2003 with the weird factory steel rims?

2003-2011 wheel covers for Crown Victoria or Grand Marquis will work on your steel wheels. If you just want to run those flat center caps seen on CVPIs, you will need collared lug nuts. If you want traditional wheel covers, you can just pick whatever factory type you want and it will be a direct replacement.
