So like it says my merc won't start when its cold outside. It cranks fine but won't fire. But now for the curious part, if I turn the blower motor off it fires just fine. I have never seen that before. My fuel pump primes and it cranks nicely. Any ideas?

Sounds like it could be a "short" somewhere in a wiring harness. Tracing it down is the fun part!!

load issue probably. cold battery will have lower voltage and it may be at the threshold for the ECM to figure stuff out and with the bower going, the ecm can't get enough juice. Just a theory.
