i just got back from british columbia, now living in ontario canada, i drove my 94 grand marquis out there last year and it needed to pass a provintial inspection and of corse it was to rusty being an ontario car it faild, and needed more money then it was worth, so i picked up a 92 rust free for cheep,and drove it back to ontario and i wood like to put some money into it i already bought mustang rims for it but its gonna need new rubber soon its got 215/65/15 now i was wondering if i could put wider tires on it, at least the rear end any input guys?

at the very least, 265 or 275 should be ok on the rear. 255 on the front. Assuming stock overall height. Any wider than 275 on the rear is just wasting money and gas anyway unless you've got something serious under the hood.

255/60/15 is a good all round size, you will be happy with that size.

Dont forget wheel spacers.
It also depends on what year mustang wheels you bought.
You can easily go 245/255 front and 275 rear no problems.
Hell, I'm going 295/305 in the Marauder.
I just bought a set of Mustang wheels for the Tank, and I needed a 1" spacer all around. But you can go for a 1.25 spacer in the rear to fill out the wheelwells more.
