2005 GM has rattle for about a second after cold start. My old crown vic always did it in the winter at every start for a few seconds but it always started the first time. Any ideas what the rattle is? Hard to describe the noise but it just seems like a rattle

Sounds like timing chain tensioners bleeding down or something. Fairly common on the 4.6.86 Lincoln Town Car (Galactica).
