That would most likely be a bad relay in your LCM (Lighting Control Module). Don't go to Ford for a new LCM unless you have a warranty still, they will want north of $600 for a new one which is still likely built w/ the same realys that will fail again sooner or later. I actually had this issue on my 03 Sport and fixed it with $5 (bought 2 relays in case I screwed the first one up, lol..) and an hour of my time to desolder and resolder the new relay in place. Been working fine ever since. I have the 2nd relay in my toolbox at home if you want the part # off of it if you feel like this is something you want to do.These are highly engineered precision vehicles, the first step in diagnosing the problem is to strike the suspected offending part sharply and repeatedly with a blunt object, then re-test.

Do all the relays, in the LCM, have the same part number or are they different by function???

all the relays are the same... and they're standard parts. But if it's under warranty and you're not opposed to spending the change... let them fix it.

I actually installed an upgraded version of the stock relays which is a different part #. It's a better design that is more suited to having all that current run through it all the time. If I think of it I'll post the part info later tonight. A tip that I have- Just a heads up to anyone trying to do this, Mouser.com was back ordered up to 16 wks for this component. A little research led us to wellgainelectronics.com where they had part #NEC MR301-HSL which they said was a better replacement for NEC EQ1-11111S (the stock relay). Plus it was in stock and got to us in 3 days.

Not sure if the relay in the 95's are the same, but hopefully this will give you a place to start. Worst case you can check out that website and see if there is a replacement for the 95 version. Hope this info helps!
Also, I seem to have info (pics) on how to actually move this realy completely outside the LCM via jumper wires in order to keep it cool and keep it from cooking the board.
