Modifications for 1997 Mercury Grand Marquis

Looking to modifiy my 97 MGM, I have heard that I can pull parts from scrapped cop cars, stuff like the dual exhaust, high out-put alternator, 3 core radiator etc.. Only thing is I dont know which ones, I guess crown vics, but from what years? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Heads from an 01+ CV/GM/TC
I would use anything from a 01 and newer CVPI.
The dual exhaust would work from any Panther.
