    03 TCS electrical faults

    Yesterday while on the road in my 03 Town Car Signature (recent purchase!) and the driver's seat controls went inop but the heated seat works (both low/high). Also, the mirror adjuster does not work along with the pedal adjuster.
    I thought this might be a fuse, and I think this would be #30 (7.5A), but the other items under #30 work (fuel flap release, trunk release).
    So I am at a loss what is causing this fault.
    Ideas/solutions?

    These are highly engineered precision vehicles, the first step in diagnosing the problem is to strike the suspected offending part sharply and repeatedly with a blunt object, then re-test.
