1995 TC AC gets slightly COLDER at idle than while driving?

Just bought this car and noticed this interesting quirk; the AC is pretty cold while driving around, but when you park or almost stop completely, the temperature from the vents drops noticeably.

This is, of course, the opposite of what you'd typically expect from a car's AC system.

The EATC self-diagnostic comes back clean and everything about the system seems to work as it should, except for what I'm describing here.

    Ideas?

Also, my 1988 Town Car, white with a blue top, is officially for sale. $1500, 4 new tires 6 months ago, HPP wheels, a bunch of other stuff, located in Oklahoma City.

maybe just a blend door quirk due to the electrics having a slightly different reference if the alternator delivers a different voltage at idle.

    I wouldn't argue with it.

Well, the completely dead radiator fan clutch I just found isn't helping anything.

How is the fan for the condenser? Sometimes it is just the connector for it that is an issue. May want to take a look at both while you are in there.

I'll check it, but it's been running when the AC is on. I think it may turn off once the car is moving, which when driving around town would explain my issue combined with the dead fan clutch.
