Fresh Water Leak Under Dash - 93 CV

My 93 CV LX has been plagued for awhile with a water leak under the dash on the passenger side. It is not coolant from the heater core, but fresh water that comes in from rain and snow-melt. 3 years or so ago, I cleaned a bit of debris out of a drain hole at the bottom of the plenum at the base of the windshield, and thought I had fixed it, but did not. At first, it only seemed bad in freezing winter weather, but has continued to get worse. It is difficult to see where water is coming in, and hate to start disassembling under the dash, but it may come to that. Has anyone else dealt with this who can give me some suggestions that can narrow down my search efforts, such as whether there is a drain tube that may have cracked from age? Thanks much.

I found a hole in the cowl in my 91 that was causing a similar problem. I'd check and make sure the cowl area is clear and the plastic inlet is clear and sealed around the base.

Update: I opened up the cowl plenum again from under the hood. No debris or standing water inside, also tested by pouring a gallon of water into it. All water drained out under the car, none dripping into the interior. Poured another gallon on the drivers side as well, still no leak. So, buttoned up everything underhood. Good news is that we are expecting rain every day this week, and I'll try again.

The windshield seal might be leaking or the seal around the blower motor might let water in.
I had the windshield leak problem, took it to the glass shop. They took the trim off, added sealer then put trim back on.
