2006 - Check Air Suspension Dash Warning

    2006 MGM LS Ultimate - 22k miles.

Purchased with the coil conversion already completed replacing the RAS. Typical “Check Air Suspension” warning appears every 10 minutes. Have done tons of research here & on the CrownVic forum. From what I have seen it looks like the best current options are:

    - Forscan code edit on 2007 & newer.
    - Manipulate the level sensor with line add ons to send the proper voltage back.

    OR

since mine is a 2006, just pull the green wire from the ASM since CANBUS started in 2007. Is this the best way to go? Zero adverse reactions from this?

    Any input is greatly appreciated!

Does just shutting off the air suspension (switch in the trunk) help?

Looks like cutting the green wire will not eliminate that in the 06. Might try Forscan to see if your 06 will work with it. It's worth a shot since it's a free download if you have a compatible scantool.

The other option is to swap the steering assist and suspension control module from a non air suspension model.
