This is for Mike's 2004 MGM.
I used a valve body core from a 2005 CVPI I had as a core. The stock pressure regulator valve was lightly scuffed and the boost valve and OD regulator shuttle valves were pretty worn.
I assembled the valve body with the stock pressure regulator valve spring, new valves from Sonnax and a new "Tuff" plate (separator plate) from Superior.
The new separator plate was drilled to Jmod spec:
hole 1 = .161"
hole 2 = .1015"
hole 3 = .180"
hole 4&5 = .113"
hole 6 = .161"
hole 7 = .089
hole 8 = not used in this application
hole 9&11 = .125"
hole 10 = .089"
The valve body was reassembled with new gaskets and the bolts torqued to 100 in lbs
