Hey guys been a while since Ive been on gmn but I recently bought a 1996 town car and wanted to know if I could just remove the 1-2 lower spring and 2-3 spring if I would see a difference without dropping the vb?

You can't remove the springs without dropping the valve body.
Because they are above the valve body.
