I knew how to do this on my 88. Is it any different for the 96? I went from a 225/70 R15 to a 225/60R16 (.86 inches shorter) The speedometer seems close in the city, but on the highway it's off for sure. What's the process?

Yeah that is not enough change in size to go to a different speedo gear. Here is a link that has helped me in the past for speedo gear selection if you ever did go drastically different. http://s95318876.onlinehome.us/liquid/speedo_gear.html2000 Mustang GT "Blondie", 2000 CVPI "Sargent Crusty"

What formula did you use to find the speedometer is only off 1.7 MPH?"Owning a 9-second Import is like coming out of the closet.... At first it may be surprising, but in the end, you're still gay!"
