I have a 89 TC that has the police car suspension. I noticed today that the upper A arm bushing is gone.It is now metal to metal. Because it is the police suspension the A arm bushings are different than non police models. Has anyone rebuilt these ? If so who stocks the parts ? Rockauto and others do not show police bushings even when looking under CV police applications.

are you sure? the box cop package upper arms were very different, no rubber at all, metal on metal kinda like the falcon based 60's and 70's cars the bushings thread into the upper arms, really all they need is a good grease job every 1000 miles or so.
if there are no grease fittings you have the regular upper arms

I changed the whole suspension front and rear to a police car suspension maybe 15+ years ago. Both of my TCs and one GM are that way. Yes they have the grease fittings on both ends. The cars have a very firm ride and great handling. Comment

oh ok, just making sure.......when they came loose on my 84 vic cop car in the mid 90's i tightened them up and greased the heck out of them, back in 95 or so ford wanted 350 a side for the shaft kits (only paid 50 bucks for the car) now they are obsolete......rock auto ran out a few yrs ago.
my only suggestion if tightening dont work is to get a set of non police arms and install energy suspension bushings or do the big brake swap.
